At Gary Godley Construction we have a streamlined buying process to allow the new home buying experience to be completed with very limited personal contact (if any).

We can accomplish all of the preliminary work which includes lot selection, financing, home designs, floor plans and color choices. This can all be done electronically and with the interactive design and color selection programs at our disposal.

We also have a Model Home that is available for inspection that is sanitized through out the day and you will be able to walk through the Model Home on your own, with no assistance or contact with others.
